Kenneth Charles Whitt, age 34, of Hamilton, Ohio died there September 2, 1984.
He was a native of New Jersey, the son of Alonzo Charles Whitt and Roxie Bolton Whitt.
He was a foundry worker. He is survived by his mother, Roxie Bolton Whitt, Lily and the following sisters and brothers: Lonnie June Marcum, Summan, Indiana; Joann Heald, Chattanooga, Tennessee; Flora Mae McFadden and Eugene Whitt, London and Earl Whitt, Lily. Funeral services were held in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles R. Kirby officiating.
Burial was in Hale Cemetery, Blackwater, by Bowling Funeral Home.

ALONZO WHITT, 61, Lily, died at 11 a.m. January 23 at the Southeastern Kentucky Baptist Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Wilmer
Evans. Interment was in the Hale Cemetery, Tuttle. Born August 6, 1912, in Laurel County, he was the son of Charles and Mary E. Weatherly Whitt. He was married to the former Roxie Bolton, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Felts Chapel Methodist Church. Surviving, in additional to his wife, are three daugthers, Lonnie June Marcus, Brooksville, IND; Joanne Hill, Wyoma, MI; and Flora Mae McFadden, London; three sons: Kenneth Whitt, Hamilton, Ohio; Earl Whitt, Cincinnati, Ohio; and Eugene White, Lily; a sister, Mrs. George Haddix, Louisville; a brother, Elmer Whitt, Corbin and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday by Rev. Wilmer Evans at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Hale Cemetery.

Nannie Bolton, 80, Route 4, London, died at 8:45 p.m. April 18,
at the Marymount Hospital. She had been in ill health for two years.

A lifelong Laurel Countian, she was born Jan. 28, 1892, the daughter
of the late James and Nancy Williams Hale. She was a member of the
Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bolton leaves a daughter, Roxie Whitt, Lily; and two sons, Otis Bolton,
Route 4, London; and Clifford Bolton, IND; A sister, Fannie Walkins, Tuttle;
and two brothers: M.C. Hale, St. Charles, VA; and Sid Hale, Tuttle;
17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bowling Funeral Home by Rev. A.J. Cupp.
Burial was in the Hale Cemetery, Tuttle.
