  	JAMES HYRNE (1902-1992) James Elmer Hyrne, 89, of Vanceburg, Ky., died Thursday, March 26, 1992, at a Maysville, Ky., hospital after a long illness. Born Sept. 22, 1902, in Stricklett, Ky., a son of the late Thomas and Sarah Kegley Hyrne, he was a retired farmer. Preceded in death by his wife, Dora M. Fetters Hyrne, on Jan. 18, 1990, he is survived by a son, James W. Hyrne of Wakesman; a daughter, Maxine Lewis of Vanceburg; two half-brothers, Ora Shaw and Alva Shaw, both of Lorain; three half-sisters, Edith Shaw of Virginia, Nellie Shaw of Portsmouth, and Flora Dunigan of Vanceburg; nine grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. He also was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert Hyrne and Ernest Hyrne. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg, with the Rev. Carl Stanfield officiating, and interment in Mount Tabor Cemetery in Ribolt, Ky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. until the services Sunday.
