COOPER, SHIRLEY LOU (SHARP) age 79, of Maynardville, passed away May 13, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Knoxville.
She was a member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by husband, Ralph E. Cooper; parents, Albert & Ida (Shelton) Sharp; grandson, Joshua Cooper; brothers, John Willie and Hercelus Sharp; mother & father-in-law, Ray & William H. Cooper, Sr.; several brothers & sisters-in-law.
Survivors sons and daughters-n-law, Larry & Alma, Mike & Teresa, Doug & Cathy, and Jeff & Pat Cooper; brother & sister-n-law Herschel & Edith Sharp; sister: Ruby Davis; granddaughters: Mary Cox, Teresa Wynn, Kim Cooper, Kelly Cooper, Brittney Mitchell, Blair Mills; grandsons Ralph, Evan, Jason, Justin & Samuel Cooper, Brian Mitchell; Great-granddaughters: April & Carli Gibson, Cierra & Olivia Wynn, Abby & Nikki Cox, Felicia & Abby Cooper; great-grandsons Phillip & Caedan Cooper, Jacob Davidson, Joshua Brown, Jacob & Michael Mills Great-great-grandson: Tristan Beverage.
Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 in Cooke Chapel. Rev. Wade Brantley, officiating. Singers: Jeanie Collins; Darrell & Randall Woods and Amanda Hurst.
Another visitation will be at Beulah Baptist Church 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Interment will be Sunday at Milan Baptist Church Cemetery at 3:00.
