  	Drucilla Gross was the daughter of Jacob Gross and Mary Bledsoe. Drucilla married Henry S Hale and they had 5 children that I know of: Walter, Tilman, Delfin, Margaret and Ida Hale. Mrs. Drusilla Hale, 80, widow of H.S. Hale, died at 11:55 a.m. June 23 at her home in Marydell. A native of Leslie County, Mrs. Hale was born Feb. 28, 1883, the daughter of Jacob and Mary Bledsoe Gross. Surviving are one daughter and two sons: Ida Pennington, Tuttle; Tilman Hale, Marydell and Delfin Hale, Cane Creek; two sisters: Mrs. Harrison Minton, Lake and Martha Hale, Corbin; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Shady Grove Baptist Church, of which she was a member, by the Rev. Bill George. Interment followed in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Blackwater, by the House Funeral Homes.
