  	HUBERT MAYES, 74, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, at home. The Tennessee native was employed at Parrot Packing Company for 30 years and retired from Power Wheels, in 1997. He is survived by his children, Bonnie (Walter) Sarrazin, Lori (Charles) Mayes-Collins and H. Paul (Linda) Mayes, all of Fort Wayne; brothers, Earl Mayes of Tazwell, Tenn. and Ray Mayes of New Haven; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Emmaline Mayes; and four brothers. Service is 10 a.m. Thursday at River of Life Holiness Church, 303 Madge Ave., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 Indiana 930 E, New Haven. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials to Parkview Home Health & Hospice.
