  	Anthony Lee Moore, age 52, passed away at his residence on December 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald L. and Jean D. Moore. Anthony was born in Kingsport, TN on July 12, 1965. He was a 1983 graduate of Pennington High School. While in high school, he was a member of the football and baseball teams. Tony's greatest passion was to float area rivers fishing with his friends. He also loved to 4-wheel the various trails of Southwest Virginia. All his life, he loved camping and the outdoors. He was an avid Tennessee Football supporter. Tony also loved music of many types and attending live shows. He was a passionate person who would always help anyone who needed assistance. Tony had many family and friends who loved him and he will be greatly missed. Tony attended the First Christian Church of Pennington Gap. Tony is survived by his loving brother, Jeffery T. Moore of Gray, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Mullins-Sturgill Funeral Home in Pennington Gap from 6 until 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Tony's life will be held at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bob Richards, Pastor of the First Christian Church officiating. Special music will be provided by Tilda Pope. Interment will be private.
