- Helen Shelton, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at her home in Blaine. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Shelton; sons, Albert Shelton, Wayne Shelton, and Cledious Shelton; daughter, Charlotte Humphrey; grandsons, Lee Wayne Shelton and Jimmy Shelton, and parents, Roy and Mary Kate Swayney; brother, Tom Swayney; and sisters, Hester, Molly, and Betty.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons; Junior (Betty) Shelton and Lynn Carroll (Patsy) Shelton; daughters, Jewell (Bill) Range and Sheila (Bob) Brannan; daughter-in-law, Stella Shelton; 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; sister, Mary Mills; special friends, Robin and Terry Hubbard and Ruth Marshall. Her complete care was provided by children and grandchildren who will cherish their memories forever. She loved her family more than anything and will be deeply missed.
Family and friends may stop by Smith-Reagan Funeral Home at their convenience from 10:00am – 1:00pm on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Henry Greer and Rev. LeeWayne Grubb officiating and then proceed to Indian Ridge Baptist Church for interment.
Pallbearers: Logan Foster, Greg Chandler, Steven Brannan, Jeremy Tindell, Brian Shelton, and David Shelton.
