- Linda Ann Vandever, age 77, of Kaufman, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
Linda was born April 6, 1944, in Wylie, Texas to Frank McWhorter and Rosie Coffman McWhorter.
She attended school in Wylie and enjoyed time with her family and friends. She worked at a Mom and Pop store for many years and then went on to work at Liberty ISD where she retired.
Linda is survived by her husband, Kenneth Vandever; children, Patricia Dillion and husband Keith Dillion, Angela Greenlee, Lisa Lunsford and husband Oran Lunsford, Jerry Herron; step daughter, Rebecca Rawls and husband Mitch Rawls; daughter in law, Sara Kin; brother, Jimmy McWhorter, 16 grandkids, 37 great grandkids, and 7 great greatgrandkids.
She was proceeded in Death by her parents, Frank and Rosie McWhorter; her granddaughter, Sabrina Lunsford; her Great granddaughter Alexus Harris; her brothers, Dennis, Robert, and Jerry McWhorter, and her loving son, Richard Herron.
Services for Linda will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home, beginning with a visitation at 12:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM, and then the committal service will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
