He was born on September 21, 1961 to the late Willis and Polly Asher Blevins in Illinois. Timothy was an underground coal miner for over 21 years. He was a loving husband, beloved father, caring uncle, and great friend to so many. Timothy is preceded in death by his parents; brother Willis Clayton Blevins; sisters, Glenda "Cat" Blevins, Mary Lou Blevins, Linda Gail Runyon. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 39 years, Freesia Lavelma Ridings Blevins; daughter, Brandie Nicole Blevins; brother, William Boyd "Tom" Blevins; sisters, Wilma Barnette, Wanda Blevins, Jennifer Caldwell, Paula Blevins, and Cynthia Howard; along with a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
