  	Watheta J. McNutt, 82, Gas City, died at 12:51 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Marion General Hospital. She was born in Bonnie Blue, Virginia, to the late Stallard and Edith (Moore) McNutt. Watheta was a computer operator and previously worked at Crystal Laundry in Jonesboro. She was also previously employed at General Tire and RCA in their data entry/payroll departments. Watheta liked to travel, read about everything, and go to rummages and craft festivals. She always looked forward to watching fireworks, especially the ones her son did. In addition to all who had an opportunity to know her, Watheta will be missed by her family and friends, with whom she enjoyed visiting. She is survived by her son, Kent McNutt, Gas City; sister, Alberta "Sue" Wamsley, Warsaw; nephews and nieces, George E. Timmons, Jr., Warsaw, Lori (Tony) Ehmer, Marion, Kelly (Kim) Timmons, Warsaw, Shelly Timmons, Warsaw, Teri Mihelich, Marion, and Chris McNutt, Fairmount; and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lorin McNutt. The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City.
