  	Carter Native Is Claimed In Ashland Hospital Mrs. Laura B. Jones, 47, native of Carter County, died last Wed- nesday at King's Daughters' Hos- pital following an illness of two months. Mrs. Jones was born July 17, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Joe and Lottie Wilcox Newman. She had been a resident of Ashland for 25 years. Survivors include the husband, Kenneth L. Jones; two brothers, Joe Newman, Cincinnati and Roy Newman, Newport, Ky; four sisters, Mrs. Edith Cooper, Mrs. John Finkle, Mrs. Virginia Gee and Mrs. Peggy Jones, all of Cincinnati. Last rites were held Saturday funeral home. in an Ashland fun pleasant Valley Cemetery.
