RIDINGS, Norma M. Age 84 of Englewood, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2004. She was a member of Englewood United Methodist Church for over 40 years. Norma loved her gardening and flowers, and she also was very interested in antiquing. Norma is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: John T. (Cindy) Ridings III of Huber Heights, Louis E. (Linda) Ridings of WA; daughter and son-in-law: Barbara L. Gray-Fox (Donald) of Greenville; grandchildren: Mary L. Ridings, Kathryn A. Pease, Brian W. Ridings, Holly A. Foster, Jason L. Fox, Melissa S. Dodge, Brandon S. Dodge; great grandchildren: Tyler Allen Foster, Alexis Grace Dodge, and Isabella R. Fox (due June 29th); and also survived by numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: John T. Ridings Jr.; parents: Charles & Bernice Tourville; sister: Dorothy Titterington, and brother: Louis Tourville. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Pastor George Sidwell officiating. Entombment will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville. The family will receive friends on Monday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. John T. Ridings III, age 82, of Huber Heights, passed away on May 31, 2022. He was born on April 9, 1940 to the late Norma and John T. Ridings II. He served his country as part of the Army Security Agency. He retired from General Motors Delphi after 28 years of service. He enjoyed playing his guitar and taking care of his yard. He loved spending time with his family and having long conversations with his friends. He was often followed by his shadow and faithful companion, his dog Sadee. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Ridings. His memory will be cherished by his beloved wife of 32 years, Cindy Ridings; his daughters, Mary Ridings and Kathryn (Paul) Pease; step-children, Melissa Dodge and Brandon (Shannon) Dodge; grandchildren: Ryan, Abbie, and Allie; his sister, Barbara Gray; and nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
