    Alvie Gene Walker, 42, of Duff, died Monday, October 3 at 12:30 p.m. at Arcadia, Florida.

    He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary A. Walker of Arcadia, Fla.; three sons, Edward Walker and Arlis Walker both of Tecumseh, Mich., Ray Walker of Duff; parents, Lee Walker and Mrs. Virgie Walker of Duff; grandfather, William J. Walker of Fonde, Ky.; four brothers, William Henry Walker of Houston, Texas, Clarence Walker of Middlesboro, Ky., Charles Walker of Duff, Ray Walker of Oak Ridge; two sisters, Mrs. Virdie Goodman of Adrain, Mich., Mrs. Joann Jones of Oak Ridge.

    Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Friday October 7 at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Fred Haynes. Burial was in Oddfellows Cemetery.

    Ellison Funeral Home, Jellico, was in charge of arrangements.
