    Robert Ray Wilkerson was born on March 8, 1931, in Wallins, Kentucky, the son of the late Henry and Carrie Ridings Wilkerson. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Worley Wilkerson of London, one daughter, Elyse Raylene Sizemore and husband, Bobby Ray, of Lynch, one grandson, Bobby Dewayne Sizemore, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing.
    He was a miner and was of the Methodist faith.
    Robert Ray Wilkerson departed this life at St. Joseph - London on Thursday, April 20, 2017, being 86 years, 1 month and 12 days of age.

    Graveside services and burial for Robert Ray Wilkerson will be conducted at 10:00 AM Saturday at Resthaven Cemetery in Harlan with Hugh Webb officiating.
