Funeral services for Mrs. Lexie M. Hale, age 72, Appalachian Christian Village, who died Monday will be held Thursday, January 2, 2003 at 2:00 PM from the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home with Bishop Robert Hood presiding. Graveside committal services will follow in Monte Vista Burial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family has requested for those who prefer to send memorials do so to the American Red Cross of Johnson City, 69 Wilson Ave, Johnson City, TN 37604 be considered. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM from the East Parlor of the funeral home. Condolences for the family may be made at .
