LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Darrin Keith Hale, 47, Lexington, Ky., formerly of Laurel County, Ky., passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013, at Saint Joseph London.

Born June 19, 1966 in Corbin, Ky., he was the son of Donna (Swinford) Hale of London and the late Tilmon Douglas Hale.

He was a chief draftsman for Gate Precast and a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father;
and grandparents, Tilmon and Ruby Brown Hale, and Frank Swinford.

He is survived by his mother;
sister, Deirdre Mays and husband, Denver, London;
nephew, Devin Douglas Mays, London;
and grandmother, Elwanda Brown Swinford, Winchester, TN.

The family of Darrin Keith Hale received friends at London Funeral Home on Sunday, July 7 from 12 noon until the 3 p.m. funeral service hour with Brother David Thomas and Brother Jamie Maxey officiating.

Burial followed in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Blackwater, Ky.
