    He leaves his wife Eva; son Jerry (Lucia) Williams of Lansing; granddaughter Eva Poirier of Hammond; four great-grandchildren; sisters Edna Barclay of Missouri, Mary Stone of Florida, and Marie Lovejoy of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 1, 1993, [at] 11 a.m. at the Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 5840 Hohman Ave., Hammond, Rev. Bruce Stanek officiating. Burial at Cedar Park Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

    He leaves his wife Lucia; daughter Eve E. Poirier; son-in-law, Michael Conroy; grandchildren Renee, Ryan, Todd, and Robert; great-grandchildren Alyssa, Dakota, Cassidy, and Kayle.

    Preceded in death by daughter Denise Conroy and son-in-law Daniel Poirier.

    Friends may call at the Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 5840 Hohman Ave., Hammond, on Monday, March 24th, from 2 to 5 p.m., with funeral service at 5 p.m., Rev. Barry Groh officiating. Interment private.

    Mr. Williams was retired from the Lever Bros. Corporation, Hammond. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
