    Frances E. Williams, 91, of Marseilles, passed away Monday May 30, 2016, at home.

    Funeral services will be 12 Noon Saturday, June 4 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Marseilles with Rev. Howard Buchholz officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles. Seals-Campbell funeral is in charge of arrangements.

    She was born September 19, 1924 in Arrowsmith, IL, to Charles and Bessie (Fry) Boaz. In 1942, she married Bernard Williams of Colfax who preceded her in death in 1998.

    Frances was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Marseilles. She worked at Carroll’s until she was 90. She lived in the Bloomington area until her retirement when she and her husband moved to Marseilles.

    Frances is survived by one daughter, Donna (Harold) Carroll of Marseilles; one son, Steve (Kumi) Williams of San Jose, CA; five grandchildren, Camilla Kelters, Darren Carroll, Tom and Jay Williams and Leilani Bettencourt; and nine great-grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, one granddaughter, Deanna; and eleven brothers and sisters.

    Memorials may be given to OSF St. Elizabeth Hospice. Pallbearers will be her family.
